Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order begins processing with our fulfillment team and can no longer be canceled or intercepted.
If your order has already shipped but you no longer wish to receive it, you have two options:
- You may refuse the package upon delivery, or
- Contact our support team at info@hydrovivebottle.com to request return instructions once the item has arrived.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To begin your return, please email info@hydrovivebottle.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return authorization and address.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with:
- Your order number
- The current shipping address
- The new address you’d like to use
After the order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

At HydroVive™, we strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and display quality, the actual color or finish of your product may vary slightly.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check around your delivery area and with nearby neighbors.
- If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@hydrovivebottle.com so we can assist in tracking it down.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll gladly send a free replacement.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we may require a short waiting period (usually 14 days) to ensure the item doesn’t arrive late. At least one replacement attempt must be made before a refund can be issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us immediately at info@hydrovivebottle.com with photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
Replacement delivery times are the same as standard shipping (typically 6–10 business days).

To qualify:
